James Arthur Patrick Small is an American former professional baseball player who appeared in 108 games as an outfielder, pinch hitter and pinch runner in Major League Baseball from 1955 to 1958 for the Detroit Tigers and Kansas City Athletics. Born in Portland, Oregon, he threw and batted left-handed, stood 6Â feet 1Â inch (1.85Â m) tall and weighed 180 pounds (82Â kg).
